Tory Burch Orange Pouch Just the right size to hold these necessities. 2. Pills I make it a point to carry pills for women' monthly woes and uninvited headache. They always come in handy! 3. Fancl Face Paper Basic oil-blotting sheets which I can't live without. 4. Stage Picture Perfect Liquid Camouflage A regular concealer. 5. Chanel Inimitable Mascara (sample-sized) Probably the best high-end mascara. 6. Korres Mandarin Lip Butter Stick in Cherry & Relvon Lip Butter in Cherry Tart 7. ELF Studio Blush in Candid Coral I'm a blush person, corals and pinks are my favourite. 8. Huge comb stolen from my sis 9. A black mirror with stickers 'JO' which I pasted in an attempt to 'personalize' the mirror 10. Chanel N5 Eau Premiere (sample-sized) For any boost of fragrance needed throughout the day 11. It could have been my loved ones' constant praying to their gods, it could have been me visiting 7 temples on Vesak Day, it could have been some sort of miracle or fluke......... that I'm being accepted into SMU Business!!! I was losing hope and mentally prepared to take on NTU Business. The fear of living in their hostel with a roommate I might possibly not get along with and being forever alone in a remotely far west side of Singapore.. These are no longer gonna be true! City campus for the win! Yeah it's gonna be a 4-year long journey, definitely not all that pleased about lagging behind. I'm always taking the longer route, first via 3-year poly stint (not regretting!), then moving on to work for a year, and finally having these offers to pursue a local degree. I should feel thankful now, afterall.. it's my dream school. It'll be a tough ride I know it. Last 3 months of enjoyment... let me embrace you! April 15th, 2012:
I've been sooooooo lazy to update.. Have officially lose the momentum to blog regularly. April was supposed to be a good month, with Bf having 8-5pm bike training. The joy of meeting him almost everyday! Wish April never ends, then again I'm always looking forward to the last day of the month - pay day. We are less than 2 months away from our 4th year mark. Cracking up my brain for a gift..... & saving up the money for it as I go. In the past year, things changed but it wasn't for the better. Every week is pretty routine. Mon to Thurs are purely work while Fri to Sun are days you wish time would crawwllllll... Movies have been our weekly thang so we caught Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close as well as Act of Valor over the weekend. I feel happy whenever we catch good movies. Boring and senseless movies are a plain waste of time and money. Other than movies, we indulge in good food and simple pleasures like bubble tea and taking pictures. Nonetheless, I love spending days like this. We had Kenny Rogers on Friday and I am not gonna give it a 3rd try.. Their food are really "so-so". On Sat, we ended up at Wild Honey for dinner as Antoinette was having a full house with waiting time over 45 mins :( The standard of the European breakfast has dropped drastically. I remember it tasted way better during my first visit. This time, the egg was obviously overcooked and we didn't get the oozing egg yolk effect... My English breakfast was decent but at a price of $22, it's not a course I would want to order again. I made plans to visit MBS since we have not visited the new floating LV boutique nor have high tea at TWG before. Speaking of which, I should keep high tea session in mind (although we are really more of a coffee people). It's good to break out of our comfort zone at times. We were truly lucky when we got a parking lot just at the corner, imagine just a step away from MBS ground. We don't even have to weave through cars to get across. As it was getting late, we merely window-shopped and caught the Light & Water show which was complimentary to all. The water/fire effects were really cool against the beautiful lights. Overall it was a day well-spent! <3 Nothing fanciful but I am taking baby steps to plan our weekend dates since in the past, it was all planned by the bf. On a happy note, we are SOOOOOO close to our 4th anniversary! Just 3 more months after the coming 7th of March!!! Now here's the pictures for your viewing.......                                   Looking forward to the coming weekend since we have planned out Saturday's programme with the other couples! March 1st, 2012: Tony Roma's: Recommended!  Last Saturday, we were in Suntec vicinity when the boy suggested Tony Roma's for lunch.     Guys and their red wing boots :/    Mushroom soup! My favourite is the one at Astons Prime (not specialties). This is just as good!  It came with a baguette as well :)   My juicy medium rare ribeye which came with seasoned & boiled broccoli and baked potato! YUMS  Ribssss with coleslaw and fries  Ending off with a pic featuring an adorable little girl :D Y SHE SO CUTE. |
